Tubes at the base of the West Bank spillway on Grand Lake have been opened several times since January. Officials are hoping a water level of 9 inches below normal pool will be achieved by March 15. Grand Lake St. Marys State Park Manager Brian Miller said the goal depends on Mother Nature.
