* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Mary Niemeyer
Mary L. Niemeyer, 85, Wapakoneta, died at 5:10 p.m. Feb. 27, 2014, at her residence following a short illness.
She was born Feb. 23, 1929, in Lima to John and Dorothy Fike Rohr. She married Robert Niemeyer on Nov. 7, 1949, and he survives at the residence.
Also surviving are four children, Debra (David) McFeely, Fort Loramie, Dale (Barb) Niemeyer, New Knoxville, Dana Niemeyer, Wapakoneta, and Darren (Tracy) Niemeyer, Wapakoneta; nine grandchildren, Ben (Niki) Niemeyer, Kristen (Joe) Harting, Shawn McFeely, Phillip (Jamie) Niemeyer, Adam (Erika) Niemeyer, Ashley Niemeyer, Chad Niemeyer, Cole Niemeyer and Alison Niemeyer; eight great-grandchildren, Ashley, Katelyn, Madison, Aiden, Haley, Taylor, Brandon and AJ; and a brother, John Rohr, Lima.
Deceased are her parents and a sister, Rose Williams.
She was a 1947 graduate of Lima South High School. She was a farm wife and a member of the First United Church of Christ in New Knoxville, where she had taught Sunday School for many years. She was an avid flower gardener and her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Funeral rites are 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First United Church of Christ, New Knoxville, the Rev. Dr. David Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday in the Ministry Center of the First United Church of Christ, where memorial gifts may be given to eithertthe Radio Broadcast Fund of the church or to Wilson Memorial Hospice. Friends may also call one hour prior the funeral rites on Wednesday at the church.
Vornholt-Miller Funeral Home, 200 W. Spring St., Wapakoneta, is in charge of arrangements.
