* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Eugene Hoening
Eugene F. Hoening Sr., 82, New Weston, died March 16, 2014, at his residence.
He was born Feb. 8, 1932, in Burkettsville, to Paul and Rosa (Hart) Hoening. On Sept. 29, 1956, he married Margaret Winders, who survives in New Weston.
Also surviving are five children, Eugene Jr. (Sandy) Hoening, Burkettsville, Timothy Hoening, Greenville, Linda (Jeff) Boerger, Piedmont, S.C., Judith (David) Jaworski, St. Louis, Mo., and Tom (Tonya)Hoening, Versailles; 11 grandchildren; three sisters, Ruby (George) Monnier, Houston, Madonna McCarthy, New Carlisle, and Joan Helton, West Milton; and a sister-in-law, Mary Lou Hoening, West Milton.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Carl Hoening.
He was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville; its Holy Name Society; and the Cattleman's Association of Ohio. He was a retired military veteran, having served in the Marines, Army and Air Force, and a member of the Korean War Veterans Association, the Vietnam War Veterans Association, the North Star American Legion and the Greenville Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville. Burial will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
