* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Participating in a candle lighting ceremony for the 14 patients and volunteers of the Center for Neurological Rehabilitation who died during the past year are staff members Donn Haas and Lisa Diemler. The ceremony took place April 28 as the center marked its upcoming 30th anniversary.
