Light snow will overspread the area from the northwest this morning. An increased coverage of snow showers is expected to develop this afternoon into the evening hours. Slick spots may develop on roads tonight as temperatures drop and northwest winds gust up to 30 mph. Coverage of snow showers is expected to decrease overnight before ending Monday morning. Most the area will see an accumulation of 1 to 2 inches. Locally higher amounts are possible in areas where heavier snow bands develop this afternoon into early evening.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Daniel Pease
Daniel C. Pease, 71, Celina, died May 5, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born April 10, 1943, in Jay County, Ind., to Basil and Ida Wendel Pease. On Aug. 24, 1963, he married M. Jane Wendel, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are four children, Kevin (Cheryl Abels) Pease, Tami (Randy) LaRue and Kerry (Lori Kaup) Pease, all of Celina, and Scott (Beth Bruggeman) Pease, Coldwater; 10 grandchildren, Karlyn and Anthony Marchal, Kassie Pease, Kendra Pease and Keith Pease, Larissa LaRue and fiancé Zach Albert, Kahl LaRue, Chelsie and Jason Schlarman, Dustin Pease, Jordan Pease and Braydan Pease; four great-grandchildren, Beckett, Loretta, Corey and Owen; siblings, Joan (Mark) Muhlenkamp, Coldwater, Wilfred (Ann) Pease, Celina, Gene (Darlene) Pease, Michigan, and Darlene (Ron) Poeppelman, Indianapolis; a mother-in-law, Rita Wendel, Coldwater; and in-laws, Karen (Randy) Schwieterman, Coldwater, and Bill Gaerke, Fort Recovery.
He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Melvin Wendel, and in-laws, Linda Wendel, Ronald Wendel and Mary Wendel-Gaerke.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, Mercer County Harness Association, the American Legion and Fraternal Order of Eagles in Coldwater and Celina and the Celina Moose.
He was a retired dairy farmer who also cherished his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and loved to play cards. He also was a Cincinnati Reds and Bengals fan.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
