* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Dottie Hanna
Dottie Hanna, 77, Celina, died at 6:05 p.m. May 16, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Nov. 23, 1936, in Mercer County, to Clyde and Vioila Gilliland Wurster, who are deceased.
On Sept. 9, 1954, she married Dale Hanna, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are two daughters, Debra Hanna, Tacoma, Wash., and Diana Hanna, Cave Creek, Ariz.; a brother, Larry Wurster, St. Marys; a sister, Dora May (Paul) Martin, Indianapolis, Ind.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister, Virginia Pearson, and a sister-in-law, Katie Wurster.
She was a homemaker and self-employed in cleaning. She was a member of Abounding Grace Ministries, Gideons, After 5, and Mercer County Council on Aging.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Rick Brosher officiating. Burial will be in Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Gideons or Mercer County Council on Aging.
