A few hours of light snow are expected late this evening, mainly after 8 pm. While accumulations will be light, some challenging travel conditions may develop given the cold temperatures.
Additional snow may linger through Monday morning with accumulations remaining light. However, increasing winds and very cold temperatures will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting late this evening, continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Ethel Sudman
Ethel L. Sudman, 99, formerly of New Bremen, died at 4:10 a.m. May 29, 2014, at The Gardens of Celina, where she had resided since 2007.
She was born May 5, 1915, in German Township near New Bremen. She was the daughter of William and Clara (Wierwille) Ahlers. On Sept. 8, 1932, she married Wilbert Sudman, who preceded her in death May 11, 2002.
Survivors include her children, Kenneth (Regina) Sudman and Lee (Patricia) Sudman, both of St. Marys, and Beverly (Harold) Donovan, Celina; seven grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 13 stepgreat-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and three stepgreat-great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death was a stepgrandchild; a great-grandson; a daughter-in-law, Lynda Sudman; brother and sister-in-law, Harold and Frances Ahlers; a sister, Lucille Lutterbeck; sister and brother-in-law, Lucille and Lester Lutterbeck; and in-laws, Willis and Evelyn Sudman and Alfred and Helen Sudman.
She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, New Bremen. She had worked for six years at the former White Mountain Creamery in New Bremen before her marriage. She then worked alongside her husband on the family farm.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul United Church of Christ, the Revs. Becky Erb Strang and Allen Sudman officiating. Burial will follow in the German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 11:30 a.m. until the time of services Saturday at the church.
Memorial contributions can be directed to the church memorial fund.
