The Flood Advisory will expire at 145 AM EDT early this morning for a portion of west central Ohio, including the following areas, Auglaize and Mercer.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

John Poeppelman
John L. "JJ" Poeppelman, 47, Yorkshire, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at his residence on June 6, 2014.
He was born Oct. 27, 1966, in Celina, to John N. Poeppelman and Joan A. Dirksen Poeppelman, who survives in Yorkshire.
Also surviving are three brothers, Steve (Agnes) Poeppelman, Minster, Nick Poeppelman, Yorkshire, and Joe (Dorothy) Poeppelman, Yorkshire; nine nieces and nephews, Laura (Keith) Steineman, New Bremen, Sara (Keith) Kremer, Chickasaw, Amy (Rob) Woehrmyer, Piqua, Matt, Adam and Krista Poeppelman, Minster, Ryan, Eric and Craig Poeppelman, Yorkshire; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Debra Poeppelman.
He was a 1986 graduate of Marion Local High School and attended St. Nicholas Catholic Church. He also was a member of the St. Nicholas Men's Sodality at the church. He enjoyed visiting with family, listening to country music and playing cards and Wii games. He also was fond of his Border Collie dogs.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Nicholas Church, Osgood, the Rev. David L. Zink presiding. Interment will follow at St. Martin's Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie.
