Scattered snow showers occurring across the area will slowly diminish through the overnight hours. These snow showers will continue to cause brief reductions in visibility. In addition, the snow showers could produce a light coating of snow on roadways. This will result in the potential for some slick spots to develop. Motorists should be prepared for changing conditions overnight and exercise extra caution.

Rosella Gast
Rosella M. Gast, 85, Coldwater, died June 27, 2014, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born July 14, 1928, in Montezuma, to Theodore and Josephine Bruggeman Dorsten. She married Oliver Gast, who died Feb. 7, 2004.
Surviving are three children, Dianne (Michael) Kugel, Dayton, Kathy (Russell) Gilmore, Tipp City, and John (Laurie) Gast, Fort Myers, Fla.; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two sisters-in-law, Mildred Neumann, Dayton, and Pat (Gene) Dickey, Celina.
Also deceased are a daughter-in-law, Jackie Gast; four brothers, Leander Dorsten, Clarence (Mary) Dorsten, Adolph (Mary Ann) Dorsten, and Ernest Dorsten; a sister, Alfrieda (Julius) Sanning; and three in-laws, Dorothy (Ralph) Harlamert, LaMar Neumann and Harold Gast.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and the Coldwater Eagles Auxiliary.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
