Work is near completion on the High Street bridge and mill race in St. Marys as workers from Jutte Excavating, Fort Recovery, pour concrete this week. The total cost of the work is more than $1.8 million, with $1.1 million funded by the Ohio Department of Transportation. The project is running a little behind schedule and is expected to be done by the end of July.
