Scattered snow showers occurring across the area will slowly diminish through the overnight hours. These snow showers will continue to cause brief reductions in visibility. In addition, the snow showers could produce a light coating of snow on roadways. This will result in the potential for some slick spots to develop. Motorists should be prepared for changing conditions overnight and exercise extra caution.

Anna Heckler
Anna Rita Heckler, 94, Celina, died at 1:45 a.m. July 8, 2014, at The Gardens at Celina.
She was born May 25, 1920, in New Weston, to Julius and Amelia Dorsten Mestemaker. On Aug. 24, 1946, she married Albert Heckler, who died March 29, 2013.
Surviving are two sons, Dr. Thomas (Sharon) Heckler, Lima, and Ralph (Marsha) Heckler, St. Marys; a daughter, Roseann Marie Heckler, Coldwater; a daughter-in-law, Lori Heckler, Montezuma; a brother, Paul (Mary) Mestemaker, New Weston; a sister, Ruth Twaits, Greenville; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Deceased are a son, Lawrence "Larry" Heckler; a brother, Alvin Mestemaker; and two sisters, Ella May Barga and Mary Jean Schoenlein.
She was a homemaker and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and its Altar-Rosary Society, Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Thursday and 9:30-10:15 a.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
