* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 104 possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of excessive heat and humidity combined with very warm low temperatures can be especially hazardous as the overnight hours provide little relief from the heat. The heat may continue into Wednesday.

Carolyn Kay Brumbaugh
Carolyn Kay Brumbaugh, 73, Ansonia, passed away July 9, 2014, at Wayne Healthcare in Greenville.
She was born Aug. 1, 1940, in Greenville, to Orville Edward and Etoile Marie (Brandt) Brumbaugh.
She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her life companion, Rosie Buschur; brothers, Don, Gary, John and Bob Brumbaugh; and a sister, Phyliss Black.
She was a musician for more than 50 years and played with the Good Ole Boys, with most of the band being comprised of her brothers. She retired from Marwell Products and was a member of the Coldwater Eagles and South Shore Sportsman Club of Grand Lake.
Services are 4 p.m. July 18 at Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home, Greenville, the Rev. Gary Oser officiating. Burial will be at Harris Creek Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
Calling is one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
