* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1036 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Newport, West Liberty, Anna, Fort Loramie, De Graff, Quincy, Port Jefferson, Valley Hi, Zanesfield, Maplewood, Pemberton, Logansville, Mcmorran, Swanders, Pickrelltown, New Jerusalem and Lake Loramie State Park.

Elizabeth Poeppelman
Elizabeth A. "Betty" Poeppelman, 56, Carthagena, died Aug. 10, 2014, at her home.
She was born May 14, 1958, to Robert and M. Elaine Rypkema Frericks. On July 5, 1980, she married Randy Poeppelman, who survives in Carthagena.
Also surviving are two sons, Jordan Poeppelman, New Bremen, and Joseph Poeppelman, Coldwater; three brothers, Robert (Sharon) Frericks, Minster, Mike Frericks, Fort Loramie, and Tom Frericks, Port Clinton; mother- and father-in-law, Victor and Sylvia Poeppelman, Texas; and four brothers- and sisters-in-law, Sue (Gary) Powers, California, Jeff Poeppelman, Huber Heights, Cindy (Dave) Winkeljohn, Texas, and Angie Speelman, Piqua.
She worked at the St. Henry Bank and Randy Poeppelman Auto Sales in Carthagena. She was an avid reader, loved flowers and cross-stitch. She also bowled in Fort Recovery for many years.
A memorial service is 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. at the funeral home.
