* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1036 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Newport, West Liberty, Anna, Fort Loramie, De Graff, Quincy, Port Jefferson, Valley Hi, Zanesfield, Maplewood, Pemberton, Logansville, Mcmorran, Swanders, Pickrelltown, New Jerusalem and Lake Loramie State Park.

Dorothy Rhoades
Dorothy E. Rhoades, 88, Rockford, died at 6:45 a.m. Aug. 9, 2014, at Colonial Nursing Center, Rockford.
She was born on Aug. 20, 1925, in Rockford, to Darst E. and Oriel B. Byers Robbins. On May 17, 1946, she married Ralph E. Rhoades, who survives in Rockford.
Also surviving are one daughter, Barb (Scott) Bowen, Rockford; six grandchildren: Brenda (Matt) Schneider, Botkins, Debbie (Fred) Slade, Greenville, Lucas (Katie) Bowen, Cuyahoga Falls, Brandon (Kelsey) Bowen, Rockford, Jamie (Kyle) Burger, Lima, and Jake Jackson, Columbus; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Deceased are two daughters, Debbie Fisher and Julie Eicher, and one sister, Jean Secrest.
She was a homemaker and a beautician. She had also worked at Tu Way Products, Rockford, as well as at Parkway Schools, where she was a cook. She had lived in Rockford all her life and was a member of the Rockford Methodist Church.
Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, Pastor Chip Steffy officiating. Burial will follow in Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is noon-2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
