* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Lucille Heinrichs
Lucille Heinrichs, 80, Coldwater, died Aug. 19, 2014, at her home.
She was born Sept. 29, 1933, in North Star, to Martin and Mary Kaiser Wenning. On Nov. 15, 1952, in North Star, she married Robert Heinrichs, who died Feb. 7, 2010.
Surviving are eleven children, Tim (Mary) Heinrichs, Celina, Kathy (Tom) Link, Coldwater, Jayne (Marvin) Kahlig, Portland, Ind., Peg (Tom) Brunswick, Coldwater, Jim (Brenda) Heinrichs, Coldwater, Mike (Theresa) Heinrichs, Ft. Recovery, Dave (Connie) Heinrichs, Coldwater, Rob (Karen) Heinrichs, Ft. Recovery, Trish (Jeff) Obringer, Coldwater, Jeff (Julie) Heinrichs, Anna, and Doug Heinrichs, Coldwater; 35 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; a sister, Irene (Clete) Albers, Ashland; and in-laws, Alvin Spraley, North Star, Bertha Wenning, Osgood, and Hilda Fisher, Celina.
Deceased are five siblings, Arnold (Rita) Wenning, Pauline (Elmer) Vehorn, Mary (Virgil) Thobe, Harold Wenning and Dorothy (Ray) Broerman; and in-laws, Stella (Whitey) Extrovich and Tom Fisher.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, St. Ann's Ladies Sodality and the Coldwater American Legion Auxiliary.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
