Ruth C. Carter, 83, Wapakoneta, died at 4:45 p.m., Sept. 14, 2014, at Auglaize Acres.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Wapakoneta.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta.
