* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Robert LeValley
Robert Keith "Bob" LeValley, 62, went home to Jesus's loving arms at 3:28 a.m. Sept. 25, 2014, at the Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born May 13, 1952, in Middleburg, to Robert Wayne and Mary Keitha Maurice LeValley.
Surviving are his loving family, a sister, Rosemary (Russell) Hagar, Celina; a niece, Robyn (Mark) Armstrong, Celina; two nephews, Tim (Theresa) Hagar, Celina, and John (Coleen) LeValley, St. Marys; and many dear friends from the Neurological Center in Burkettsville.
Deceased is a brother, John LeValley Sr.
He was a 1970 graduate of Benjamin Logan High School and attended the Ohio Northern University. He was a member of the St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, and retired from the Mercer Truck Stop as a custodian in 2011.
He enjoyed participating in all of the activities and trips with his family from the Neurological Center.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Matt Reynolds officiating. Graveside services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery in West Liberty.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Neurological Center, Burkettsville or to the State of the Heart Home Health and Hospice, Coldwater.
