* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Irvin Dues
Irvin J. Dues, 87, Minster, died at 6:20 p.m. Sept. 29, 2014, at his home.
He was born Oct. 9, 1926, in Minster, to John and Katherine Brandewie Dues. On April 21, 1951, he married Juanita Goettemoeller, who survives in Minster.
Also surviving are three children, Dale (Margaret) Dues, Minster, Vickie (Jim) Barrett, Fort Loramie, and Jerry (Becky) Dues, Fort Loramie; five grandchildren, Amy Dues-Korte, Jodi Dues, Sarah (Dan) Shuffleton, Katie (David) Bergman, and Jenni (fiancé Matt Bruno) Dues; three great-grandchildren, Kennedy, Taylor and Carter Korte; a sister, Lorina Geiger, Lawrenceville, Ga.; and a brother, Paul Dues, Minster.
Deceased is an infant, son Robert; three sisters, Alvira Gudorf, Georgina Farren and Geneva Kerber; and a brother, Gilbert Dues.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, and a life member of the Minster VFW, American Legion and Fraternal Order of Eagles #1391. He also was a member of the Orphan Society of the church and the Lake Loramie Improvement Association.
He retired from New Idea, Coldwater, after 44 years and then drove truck for Duco Tool & Die. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial with full military honors conducted by the Minster Firing Squad will take place at St. Augustine Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday and 9-9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
