Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Joel Gray
Joel Douglas Gray, 67, formerly of Celina, passed away Sept. 28, 2014, after an extended illness.
He was born Feb. 27, 1947, to Margaret D. and Paul I. Gray in Dayton. He was the second of three children.
Surviving are his brother, Paul O. Gray, Celina; a sister, Kellie M. Gray, Sun City, Ariz.; a niece, Michelle R. (Rod) Showalter, Celina; and a nephew, John P. Gray, Celina.
Deceased is a sister-in-law, Judith L. Gray.
He spent his early years in Dayton before moving to Celina. He graduated from Celina High School in 1965 and worked for Dayton Tire and Rubber for several years. In 1980, he was diagnosed with Hodgkin's disease and was a survivor.
He graduated from Wright State University and Arizona University and became an aeronautical engineer. He worked for Sperry Flight Systems and later Honeywell in the Flight Management Systems Department until his retirement in 2002.
No local services will be held. His wish was cremation and his ashes will be spread in Hawaii.
Arrangements were handled by Sunland Memorial Park, Mortuary & Cremation Center, Sun City, Ariz.
