* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Tommy Hull
Tommy Lee Hull, 78, a Celina native, departed life on Sept. 19, 2014, in Rosenberg, Texas.
He was born Feb. 22, 1936, to Theodore "Ted" and Irene Medaugh Hull. He was married to Alice Fullen Hull, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Anna (David) Lavaun Valle; a son, Andrew F. (Batsheva) Hull; a sister, Carolyn (Michael) Hull Milliser, formerly of Celina; four grandchildren, Zachary Valle, Jacob Valle, Sara (Nolan) Valle Connell and Daniel David; and three great-grandchildren, Lily Hull, Caleb Connell and Elizabeth Connell.
Deceased is a daughter, Anna Lisa Hull.
He graduated with honors from Celina High School and after serving in the U.S. Marines attended Rice University in Houston, Texas, receiving a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering.
He worked as a professional engineer in numerous places around the world, including Singapore, Holland, Saudi Arabia and England, consulting and designing offshore structures for the petroleum industry. He held patents and copyrights in his engineering profession. He retired in 1999 to enjoy his country home in Needville, Texas.
