* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Irene Gardner
Irene Rita Reinhard Gardner, 86, Vienna, Va., a loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away Oct. 5, 2014.
She was born in Fort Recovery to Joseph and Odella Brackman Reinhard. She was married to Belton Henry Gardner, who is deceased.
Surviving are children, Mary Kathleen (Joseph) Pauley, Loveland, Donald (Kathy) Gardner, El Segundo, Calif., Jon (Ruth) Gardner, El Paso, Ill., Thomas (Denise) Gardner, Nokesville, Va., Robert (Lorna) Gardner, Round Hill, Va., and Joseph (Karolyn) Gardner, Bristow, Va.; 13 grandchildren, Katie, Ryan, Monte, Austin, Stephen, Laura, Nicole, Andrea, Kendal, Jami, Ethan, Daniel and Braden; two great-grandsons, Andrew and Adam; three siblings, Jerome (Irene) Reinhard, Fort Recovery, Dominic Reinhard, Celina, and Ethel Bruns, St. Henry; brothers-in-law, Rodney Gardner, Phillip Gardner and Onan Gardner; sisters-in-law, Edna Reinhard, Plainfield, Ind., Florence Reinhard, Crestline, and Sonoko Gardner, Colorado Springs, Colo.; and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased are five siblings, Eugene Reinhard, Norbert Reinhard, Joseph Reinhard, Robert Reinhard and Sister Sylvia Reinhard.
She was a resident of Vienna, Va., since 1973. She was a registered nurse at Sibley Memorial Hospital, Washington, D.C., and a business owner with her husband of Dulles Aviation in Manassas, Va., since 1983.
Funeral Mass was held Monday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Warrenton, Va. Burial followed at Fairfax Memorial Park, Fairfax, Va.
Calling was Sunday at Moser Funeral Home, Warrenton, Va. A rosary was prayed prior to calling.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Capital Caring, St. Jude's Hospital or the charity of the donor's choice.
