Ryan Sipe was named Citizen of the Year at the annual Rockford Chamber of Commerce banquet held Thursday evening.
ROCKFORD - Ryan Sipe got teary-eyed as he viewed a slide show depicting how much time and energy he has dedicated to Shanes Park.
The Rockford Chamber of Commerce at their annual banquet on Thursday night rewarded Sipe for his efforts by naming him Citizen of the Year for 2014. [More]
