Walkway project continues

Employees of Shinn Bros., Celina, earlier this week work on completing the walkway along West Bank Road in Celina. Construction crews have dealt with bitter cold in recent days. Temperatures are expected to moderate this weekend before dropping back to lows in the 20s by Wednesday.
