Antoinette Garrity
Antoinette E. Garrity, 87, St. Henry, died Dec. 5, 2014, at Kindred Hospital, Dayton.
She was born Oct. 1, 1927, in Cranberry Prairie, to Ferdinand and Mary Lefeld Roessner. On May 1, 1948, she married Richard T. Garrity, who died Dec. 6, 2000.
Surviving are five children, Rick (Deb) Garrity of California, Craig (Gail) Garrity, Celina, Terrance (Joyce) Garrity, Coldwater, Deborah Garrity, St. Henry, and Kevin Garrity, St. Henry; a daughter-in-law, Kathy Garrity, Celina; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Deceased are a son, Christopher Garrity; siblings, Rita Koester, Loretta Schroer, Thomas Roessner and Bruno Roessner; and a brother-in-law, John Garrity.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, Celina VFW and American Legion auxiliaries, and was retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton. She enjoyed cooking and being with family and friends.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
