* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Clair Stetler looks at a copy of a picture he colored as a fifth-grade student at the former Rockford schools. The original artwork was found hanging in the War Museum in Bastogne, Belgium, although Stetler and others interviewed by the newspaper aren't sure how it got there.
