St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Wright
Robert M. "Bob" Wright, 79, Lima and formerly of Tiffin, passed away the afternoon of Jan. 31, 2015, at Wyngate Senior Living Community, Lima.
He was born July 13, 1935, in Tiffin, to Franklin and Gertrude Schwartzmiller Wright. On June 1, 1957, he married Barbara Breitenbach, who died April 5, 2009.
Surviving are two daughters, Terri A. (Marvin J.) Knapke, Coldwater, and Lisa J. Ricker, Lima; a brother, D. Michael Wright, Tiffin; a sister, Sue Kuhlman, Frazeyburg; five grandchildren, Cory D. "Rudy" (Tyra) Taylor, Spartanburg, S.C., Joey Knapke, Coldwater, Kristine M. Knapke, Celina, Karri J. (Jim) Springer, Celina, and Kelli L. Steen, Celina; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Luella Wright, Tiffin, and Mary Jane Bragg, Bettsville; and a brother-in-law, Charles "Chuck" Breitenbach, Rochester, N.Y.
Also deceased are five brothers, Paul, Norman, Eugene, Brother Michael Wright, OSM, and Thomas; two sisters, Alice and Marjorie; a grandchild, Scott E. Taylor; and three great-grandchildren.
He was a longtime member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Tiffin, and currently a member of St. Charles Borromeo, Lima. He graduated from St. Mary High School and Tiffin Business College. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He made everyone he loved feel special, especially his grandchildren.
Funeral Mass is 1 p.m. Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Tiffin, the Rev. Gary Walters officiating. A rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass. Burial with military honors will follow in the parish cemetery.
Calling is 11 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Friday at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, Tiffin.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
