At 954 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 miles southeast of Portland, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and very heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include... Coldwater, St. Henry, Union City, Fort Recovery, Burkettsville, Rossburg, New Weston, Eldora Speedway, North Dayton, Rose Hill, and Cosmos.
