Fort Recovery High School junior Dakota Stephen shows a chinchilla to her mother, Dawn Stephen, during the Tri Star Career Compact open house at Coldwater schools on Monday night. Dakota Stephen is a student in the veterinarian technology prep class taught by Mike Seibert. The open house was scheduled and rescheduled five times this year due to inclement weather.
