At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Paul Kessler
Paul William George Kessler, 100, Celina, passed away at 5:40 a.m. March 9, 2015, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Jan. 26, 1915, in Liberty Township, Mercer County, to Rudolph John Kessler and Helen Anselman Kessler, who are deceased. He married Beatrice Ann Hecht on June 15, 1939, and she passed away Oct. 16, 2005.
Surviving are a son, Jon (Nita) Kessler, Celina; a daughter, Melinda (Daniel) Kennedy, Canton; nine grandchildren, Lori Kessler, Scott Kessler, Heath Kessler, Carrie Kessler, Jeremy Kessler, Miriam Kessler, Michael White, Marcia Wagner and Margo Carrillo; nine great-grandchildren, Caleb Kessler, Ethan Kessler, Dorian Brown, Jordan Carrillo, Micah Carrillo, Casey White, Makayla White, Evan Kessler and Kade Bell.
Paul was the self-employed owner of Kessler Builders and also had worked at the Army Tank Plant, Lima, during World War II. He was a lifelong member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina. He also was a member of the Western Ohio Home Builders; the Ohio Home Builders Association, of which he was president in 1957; and the Association of Home Builders, of which he was vice president in 1958.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, the Revs. Dr. Jeff Gramza and Dr. Douglas Meyer officiating. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Visitation hours are 4-8 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, 6921 state Route 703, Celina, and 1-2 p.m. Saturday at the church.
Memorials may be made to St. John Lutheran Church, Celina.
