At 954 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 miles southeast of Portland, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Coldwater, St. Henry, Union City, Fort Recovery, Burkettsville, Rossburg, New Weston, Eldora Speedway, North Dayton, Rose Hill, and Cosmos.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Jane Moeder
Jane R. Moeder, 84, passed away at Lima Memorial Hospital, Lima, OH, on April 4, 2015 at 6:19 PM.
She was born on October 11, 1930, to Edward and Pearl (Grothjan) Sommers, both preceded her in death. She married Joseph A. Moeder on June 21, 1952, and he preceded her in death on June 1, 1992.
Survivors include ten children, Melinda (Stephen) Bubp, New Port Richey, FL, Joseph (Gina) Moeder, Brussels, Belgium, John (Kathy) Moeder, Coldwater, Mary (Joe) Hoyng, Coldwater, Vicki (Rick) Hoyng, Coldwater, Jerry (Julie) Moeder, Celina, Jim (Benay) Moeder, Orlando, FL, Ellen (Dean) Stelzer, Delaware, OH, Jay (Mary) Moeder, Bowie, MD, and a Brazilian daughter, Silvia (Carlos) Guidi; 28 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by the following; her second husband, Albert Kelley, a brother, David Sommers, and a grandson, David Romer.
She was a 1948 graduate of IC Catholic High School, Celina, and attended Saint Francis College, Fort Wayne, IN. She worked as a teacher for Montezuma schools and IC schools and retired in 1988 as the matron of Mercer County Home after 26 plus years of service. After retirement, she became a volunteer at Mercer and Auglaize County Councils on Aging teaching line dancing.
Jane was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, IC Altar Rosary Society and Celina History Club. She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed playing the piano, singing, camping, traveling, wintering in Florida, and playing cards in many bridge clubs.
Visitation hours will be from 3-8 on Thursday, April 9, 2015, in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Mass of Christian burial will begin at 10:30 am on Friday in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, with Fr. Kenneth Schnipke CPPS officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina, OH.
