At 954 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 miles southeast of Portland, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Coldwater, St. Henry, Union City, Fort Recovery, Burkettsville, Rossburg, New Weston, Eldora Speedway, North Dayton, Rose Hill, and Cosmos.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Celina City Schools bus driver Carol Henderson Monday drops off elementary school children for an afterschool program at Little Flower Learning Center on Touvelle Street. The stop seems to be one that frustrates motorists, Henderson said. Drivers often disobey the bus' stop sign or become angry while more than 20 children exit the bus, she said.
