IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include... Coldwater, St. Henry, Union City, Fort Recovery, Burkettsville, Rossburg, New Weston, Eldora Speedway, North Dayton, Rose Hill, and Cosmos.
