* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 338 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Joseph Freytag
Joseph R. Freytag age 53 of Minster, Ohio died at 10:00 PM on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sidney, Ohio following a sudden illness.
He was born on April 25, 1961 in St. Marys, Ohio to the late Albert F. & Marjorie (DeLaet) Freytag. His mother survives in Minster. He married Lisa M. Puthoff on September 1, 1984 in Minster, Ohio, she survives in Minster.
He is also survived by children Stephanie A. & Justin Johansing, Cincinnati, Ohio, Joseph W. Freytag & Rachel Grady, Cincinnati, Emily R. Freytag & Ben Opperman, Cincinnati, John E. Freytag, Cincinnati, 2 grandchildren Evelyn & Margaret Johansing, brothers & sisters: Marge & Wayne Jones, Loveland, Dr. Thomas & Gwynne Freytag, Wapakoneta, William & Joyce Freytag, Botkins, mother-in-law Roseann Puthoff, Minster, in-laws, Michael Nelson, Jamestown, Ohio, Dennis & Ann Nelson, New Bremen, Tom & Deb Nelson, New Bremen, Linda & Dan Schmiesing, Ft. Loramie, Deb & Bill Bornhorst, Egypt, Patty Nelson, New Bremen and numerous nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and brother Albert Freytag, Jr, father-in-law Leander Puthoff, brother-in-law Steve Nelson.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Minster Civic Association and past president, founding member of the Minster Community Fund, Minster Booster Club, Minster Little League Board & coach, girls softball coach, and a member of ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors). He was co-owner of Albert Freytag, Inc.
Joe enjoyed being with his family & friends, boating, fishing, traveling and attending Xavier basketball games.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 20, 2015 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster with Rev. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Burial will take place in St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Sunday, April 19, 2015 and from 9:00 to 9:30 AM on Monday, April 20, 2015.
In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Heart Association and Minster Community Fund.
