Cathy Brookhart
Cathy S. Brookhart, age 46, of Montezuma, died on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at her home.
She was born October 12, 1968 in Union City, Indiana, to Joe & Susie (Welch) Frazier, who survive in Montezuma. On April 23, 2005, she married Ron Brookhart, who survives in Montezuma.
Also surviving are three children, Emily & Josh Mullins of Montezuma, Erika & Ron Cooper of Celina and Brittany Brookhart of Montezuma, six grandchildren, Dalton, Kayla, Rileyana, Madison, Trent and Scarlett, grandparents, Duane & Leona Welch of Union City, a brother, Tony & Nancy Frazier of Montezuma, mother-in-law, Eileen Brookhart of Montezuma and in-laws, Jim Buening of Coldwater, Mike & Carol Brookhart of Coldwater, Tom & Heidi Brookhart of Waynesfield, Dave & Susan Brookhart of Merrimac, Massachusetts, and Todd & Jenny Brookhart of St. Henry and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Lisa Buening and father-in-law, Bryce Brookhart.
She was a dedicated STNA at Briarwood for 26 years and enjoyed her grandkids and camping.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, April 27, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Montezuma, with Fr. Alfons Minja, officiating. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
