* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

A thick grove of lily pads thrives along U.S. 127, south of Celina, in the area where a treatment train is planned to help filter phosphorous from Coldwater Creek before it empties into Grand Lake. Officials intend to plant lily pads and other filtering vegetation within the treatment train area.
