At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Phyllis O'Brien
Phyllis J. O'Brien, age 83 of Celina, passed away at 7:55a.m. On Thursday May 21, 2015, at the Celina Manor Nursing Home in Celina.
Phyllis was born on April 7, 1932, in Campbellstown, Ohio to the late Earl M. and Glenna J. (Rowland) Rodgers. On Sept. 24, 1952 she married Thomas O'Brien, who died on Sept. 9, 2005.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Kathleen & Gregory Haidet of Dublin, three grandchildren Michelle Haidet of Chicago, Stephanie Haidet of Los Angeles, CA., Rachel Haidet of San Diego, CA., sister Margaret Smith of New Madison and brothers & sisters-in-law; Mark & Janet Phillips of Richmond, Indiana and James & Diana Phillips of Connersville, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her son David O'Brien and her sister Earlene & Howard Thomas and her brother-in-law Ralph Smith.
Phyllis graduated from the Greenville High School with the Class of 1950. She attended Earlham College in Richmond, IN. Then she worked at the graduate school at The Ohio State University, was employed at the First National Bank in Celina and retired as the owner & general manager of Ohio Marine in Celina, after 21 years. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina and a member of the Celina Senior Citizens. She loved playing bridge and board games with her family.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday May 25, 2015 in North Grove Cemetery in Celina, with Rev. Matt Reynolds officiating.
