* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Geese crossing

Several geese hold up traffic Wednesday afternoon as they cross Lake Shore Drive in Celina. The geese may have been trying to seek shelter from the brief heavy rains. Partly cloudy conditions and showers are expected Friday with a high temperature of 84, according to local weatherman Dennis Howick.
