At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Larry Shinn
Larry "Snake" Shinn, 74, Celina, passed away at Mercer Health, Coldwater, OH, on May 30, 2015 at 1:13 P.M.
He was born on September 3, 1940 in Celina, OH to Vernon "Bud" and Alice (Alt) Shinn, both preceded him in death. He married Teresa Maynard on December 28, 1999 and she survives in Celina.
Other survivors include three sons, Tad Shinn, Celina, OH, Cory Shinn, Celina, OH and Don (Kristi) Zizelman, Riverview, FL; two brothers, Robert "Bob" (Teri) Shinn, Celina and Dennis "Ben" (Carolyn) Shinn, Celina; a sister, Mary Lou (Jim) Walter, Celina; a mother-in-law, Alice Maynard, Celina; a sister-in-law, Mike (Sherri) Gulick, Cape Canaveral, FL; a brother-in-law, Richard (Lorrie) Maynard, Celina; former wife, Judy Shinn; three grandchildren, Lexi, Sierra, and Mackenzie Zizelman; and many nieces and nephews.
Snake was a 1958 graduate of Celina Senior High School. He served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era. He was a co-owner of Shinn Brother Construction Company, where he retired from after 30 plus years of service.
He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, Celina VFW post 5713, Celina Moose, Celina American Legion Post 210, and NRA.
He had many hobbies but he especially enjoyed fishing, watching NASCAR, classic cars and working in his garage on his hot rods.
Visitation hours will be from 2-8 P.M., Wednesday, June 3, 2015 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina; where the Celina American Legion Post 210 and Celina VFW Post 5713 will have services at 7:00 P.M.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 AM on Thursday in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina, OH; where military honors will be provided by the Celina American Legion Post 210 and Celina VFW Post 5713.
Contributions can be made to the donor's favorite charity.
