An online auction is set for June 11 for the former Bob Evans restaurant at the corner of Lake Shore Drive and Market Street in Celina. A deed restriction, which prevents certain family-style restaurants from operating at the site for 40 years, could be amended or lifted by Bob Evans' officials, according to the senior vice president of the auction company's real estate division.
