CELINA - The former Bob Evans restaurant has tentatively sold for $310,000.
The vacant property at the corner of Lake Shore Drive and Market streets in Celina was purchased Thursday during an online auction by Hilco Real Estate of Northbrook, Ill. The buyer's name has not yet been released.
