At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Thomas Beiting
Thomas Leo Beiting was born on September 28, 1925 to Marie and Leo Beiting in Cincinnati, Ohio.
He passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, on June 12, 2015, age 89.
Beloved husband for 55 years of Ruth Marie Beiting (nee Vonder Haar), who passed away on January 21, 2015.
Loving father of Thomas, Mary Ann, John, Laura (Kelley) Peter, and Michael (Donna). Cherished grandfather of Ashley, Kelley Jr., Michaela, and Hannah. Dear brother of John (late Marilyn) Beiting and the late Gene "Zeke" Beiting. Brother-in-law of Dr. Thomas (Doris) Vonder Haar, Rose Anne Vonder Haar, Mary Margaret (Harry) Heckler, Therese (late Andrew) Schlidt, and John (Diane) Vonder Haar. Also survived by many caring cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Tom was a proud graduate of St. Xavier High School. A member of "The Big Red One," the 1st Infantry Division of the United States Army, Tom fought in the Battle of the Bulge in WWII. He was awarded the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star for his service.
After the war, he earned bachelor and master degrees in history from Xavier University. Tom was a builder, a broker, and a historian.
He especially loved his Honor Flight trip to Washington D.C. with his brother John. Tom was a good family man, and he will be remembered for his love of faith, family, and country.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 20, 2015 from 9:30 A.M. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 A.M. at All Saints Church, 8939 Montgomery Road, 45236. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Tom's name to All Saints School, Mount Notre Dame High School, or Moeller High School.
