* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with several roads closed near and west of Celina. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

Water from Beaver Creek covers soybeans in a field along state Route 118 north of Coldwater in this photo taken Wednesday. Many area farm fields remained submerged on Friday. Area ag officials say only time will tell how much damage local crops sustained due to flooding.
