* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

Probate courts in Mercer and Auglaize counties are prepared for the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court's same-sex marriage ruling.
The 5-4 ruling on Friday declared same-sex couples have the right to marry anywhere in the United States.

COLDWATER - A mega-graphics communications company has purchased Standard Register, which operates a business in Mercer County.
Taylor Corp., based in Minnesota, this week acquired the Dayton-based company in a bankruptcy auction. The sale is expected to be complete in 45 to 60 days.
