A flag on South Main Street in Celina flies in front of the lighthouse along Grand Lake. The forecast for the Fourth of July weekend looks pleasant: mostly sunny with highs of 78 today and 81 on Saturday and Sunday. Festivals are set in Celina, St. Henry and New Knoxville.
