* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 714 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

Pansy McPheron
Pansy McPheron, 89, Saint Marys, Ohio, died 5:45 A.M. Saturday, July 4, 2015, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, Saint Marys, Ohio.
She was born March 18, 1926, in Saint Marys, Ohio, the daughter of Leo and Mae (Harris) Sandkuhl. After the death of her mother, Pansy was raised by her step-mother, Bertha Covert Sandkuhl. She married Guy McPheron on May 8, 1947, and he preceded her in death on October 7, 1977.
She is survived by her children: Patricia Craft of Saint Marys; Harry (Joan) McPheron of Saint Marys; Bradley McPheron of Saint Marys; Connie (Allen) Dietz of Celina; Anne (Tom) Schaefer of Saint Marys. She is survived by her twelve grandchildren, thirty one great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Marjorie Gibson of Cincinnati; her brother-in-law Steve Kopasz of Pueblo, Colorado.
She was preceded in death her parents and by her step-mother; by a brother, Harold Sandkuhl; and by a sister, Louise Kopasz. She was also preceded in death by her husband.
Pansy was a 1944 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School in Saint Marys, Ohio and she was a hard working farm wife and homemaker. She had many interests, like gardening, canning, and cooking the food she had raised on the farm, but she also enjoyed reading the Wall Street Journal each day and playing her guitar.
She will be remembered as a wonderful mother and grandmother who always set a good example for her family. She was lifelong member of the Saint Paul's United Church of Christ in Saint Marys.
Funeral rites will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday, July 9, 2015, at Saint Paul's United Church of Christ, the Reverend Dr. Ed Bray, officiant. Burial will follow at Kossuth Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Wednesday at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys, Ohio, where memorial gifts may be given to Saint Paul's United Church of Christ.
