Andrew Makley
Andrew K. 'Andy' Makley, age 21, Of New Bremen, OH, died on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at 10:25 P.M. near St. Marys, Ohio as the result of a motorcycle accident.
He was born on June 16, 1994 in St. Marys, Ohio, the son of Anthony Makley of St. Marys and Kay (Howell) Makley of New Bremen.
Along with his parents, survivors include his sister Ashley (Jordan) Fraley of St. Marys, a nephew Landon Zimmerman, a niece Payton Fraley, paternal grandparents Robert & Doris Makley of St. Marys, maternal grandparents Don & Janice Howell of New Bremen, aunts and uncles Carol & Mike Swackhamer of New Bremen, Jenine & Terry Humphries of St. Marys, Rick & Julie Howell of Botkins, Mark & Teresa Howell of Wapakoneta, Scott & Brenda Howell of New Bremen, Arlan Makley of St. Marys, Amy & Ralph Bonifas of Coldwater, a great aunt and uncle Marlene & John Ahlers of New Bremen, his cousins, and friends.
Preceding him in death was a niece Alivia Fraley, and an uncle Bobby Howell.
Andy was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in New Bremen. He was a 2013 graduate of New Bremen High School.
He loved to ride his motorcycle and play video games. He enjoyed spending time with his family, and hanging out with his friends.
Andy worked at Hausfeld Motor Sales in Minster as an Auto Detailer. He will be remembered as a fun-loving and caring person who was always happy.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 10:30 AM at St. Paul United Church of Christ in New Bremen with the Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating. Burial will follow in the German Protestant Cemetery of New Bremen.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 from 3:00 until 8:00 PM at the Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen, and one hour prior to the services at the church on Thursday.
