At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

H. Lemoine Overholser
H. Lemoine Overholser, age 82, a resident of Portland, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Jay County Hospital in Portland.
Lemoine was born on October 10, 1932, in Huntington, Indiana, the son of Samuel and Rocelia (McLaughlin) Overholser.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean Conflict. Le-moine retired from AGCO New Idea after 47 years of service. He attended the Noble Congregational Christian Church.
Other memberships include the Jay County Hospital Prime Time, Arch Bridge Kroozers, Jay County Historical Society, Museum of the Soldier, Tri-State Gas Engine and Tractor Association, Oldsmobile Club of America, Vintage Motorbike Club and the Hoosier Rod and Custom Nationals.
Lemoine married Ruby Hammers on August 6, 1955.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years: Ruby Overholser – Portland, Indiana, 1 son: Jeffrey Overholser (wife Lorie) – Portland, Indiana, 1 daughter: Sherry Overholser – Kokomo, Indiana, 3 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Shelly Overholser.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3-7 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Visitation will also be held one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Burial will follow in the Green Park Cemetery in Portland. The American Legion Post 211 of Portland will conduct military graveside rites.
Memorials may be directed towards the Jay County Cancer Society, State of the Heart Hospice, Noble Congregational Church or the Jay County Heart Fund.
