* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.

John Guagenti of On Track Carvings uses a chainsaw to create a U.S. Navy-themed carving from a tree trunk in Coldwater Memorial Park on Tuesday afternoon. Guagenti also will do carvings to recognize the Army, Marines, Air Force and Coast Guard. The next one will be carved during the Coldwater Community Picnic from July 30-Aug. 2.
