N. Louise Tingley, 97, Rockford, died at 5:15 a.m. July 18, 2015, at Hearth and Home assisted living facility, Van Wert.
Memorial services are Aug. 22.
Arrangements are pending at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert.
