Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Special meeting slated tonight on proposed income tax change
CELINA - City council members on Monday night passed second reading of a resolution declaring their intent to ask voters in November to allow them to use funds from a current 0.5 percent additional income tax for much-needed street repairs.
